Dominique Edmonds, 18, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 9, around 9 a.m., at an apartment in the 2000 block of Ramblewood Road after being accused of killing Theodore Barksdale, 34, late last month, according to Baltimore police.
On Tuesday, Nov. 29, around 4:20 p.m., 34-year-old Theodore Barksdale was found shot in an alley off the 100 block of North Kossuth Street.
Medics responded and transported Barksdale to Shock Trauma where despite doctors’ efforts, he died a short time later.
Detectives reviewed video footage and interviewed several perspective witnesses, ultimately identifying Edmonds as a suspect.
Police were also able to recover a ghost gun and suspected narcotics at the apartment when Edmonds was arrested.
Edmonds was transported to the Homicide Section where he was interviewed, and then Central Booking where he was charged with first Degree Murder, handgun and various narcotics violations.
Currently Dominique Edmonds is being held at Central Booking without bail.
